(they say they will do after closing) but they will just ignore you and take your shop maybe they use the data to sell with your shop somewhere else. I was up day and night to customize my shop so they can close it and take it, this is A SCAMM! you better pay more on shopify or any other shop service than youcan. with youcan, you can't!
