Great home improvement experience I thought I wanted a fence around our pool so our grandkids would be safe in our backyard. But Mason showed me the cons of a pool net instead and then it only took a few weeks to get it installed. All my communications with this company were very professional. Oscar was our installer and it was fascinating to watch him get the net sized and installed and then he showed us how to put it on and take it off. Overall this was a very positive home improvement experience!

Love our KatchaKid safety net Love our KatchaKid safety net! We wanted to ensure pool safety but with a minimized aesthetic and this net our needs. Julie answered all my questions upfront and was very patient with me. Vivian was efficient with scheduling. And Colton our installer was amazing. Worked with attention to detail and was very thorough in training us on how to remove and reinstall the net. There was an issue with a loose coping during initial install and he was very gracious in coming back after we got in taken care of with our pool company. Really great team to work with!

Oscar was our installer, another true professional, helpful and patient, showing us how to properly remove and then place the netting back after pool use. In fact, everyone we dealt with has been great at Katchakid. Best of all, we now have this great safety feature for our kids and our home. I highly recommend!
