I would rate this tool 10/5!!! This is one of the best tools I have used. It has streamlined our social media video creation process, and allowed us to create hundreds of videos in a day's worth of work, and have them scheduled. This is one of these tools that really allows you to elevate your social media game without having to spend hours upon hours trying to get it done.

Very bad platform Very bad platform. I upgraded to a paid subscription, but almost immediately after that the bugs started to happen. First a video won't create after inputting a prompt. After that, the download button was not functioning for almost two days, which made me lose a lot of video credits, because I kept trying to generate a video and download it. Finally got to talk to Brian from the customer support and he said my credits will be restated after the malfunction would be fixed. Well, the download button is working again but I still didn't get my credits back. Today I went to their platform again to create a few videos, but all I see is "We are Experiencing High Volume Usage Our app is currently experiencing a high volume of users. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please try again later.". So again, I am not able to use this website even with a subscription. I am fed up with it, and I sent Brian from customer support a request to terminate my subscription and to refund me for the remaining credits. Finally, after many clicks and work arounds I was able to access my account and to cancel my subscription by myself. But this platform isn't very user friendly at all. There are better alternatives out there, maybe they're more expensive but at least they deliver and you can use their platforms. Mass Video Factory THis by far is the only video creation tool I know of that can create MASSIVE number of videos, painlessly! This is helluva useful in social media marketing especially where you can feed your accounts multiple posts per day, with fresh, quality content. Hihgly recommended piece of software. I love the google sheets integrations too. Much, much easier workflow. The dynamic video function is a game changer! You can create custom videos for your leads, just by changing the URL!
