No-IP products and support are GREAT! No-IP products and support are robust, reliable, economical, and support articles are linked to the product configuration page, so you have no wasted time searching a KnowledgeBase to get answers to your questions. The answers are right there where you need them. Support incidents are responded to quickly, and you usually get the correct answer on the initial response. No-IP is hard to beat in any category. I highly recommend them.

Customer service at its best! I received great support to resolve an issue with receiving the noip expiration and authentication emails, even though I'm not a paying customer but use a free noip service. In addition the issue was not located on the noip side but was with my hosting provider. Nevertheless the noip support team kept answering all my emails until the issue was resolved. NO-IP is now run by scam artists After being a subscriber for 10 years (since 2013) and paying $24.95 a year for 7 years from 2016 until last year, on Oct. 30, 2023 NO-IP debited my credit card for $59.99, a 140% increase without warning...no e-mail, nothing. I was not given an opportunity to decline or to cancel. And no, there was nothing in my SPAM folder. When I called their phone there was no option to speak to billing/accounting, only support. Their FAQ instructed me to create a support ticket online, which I did, leaving my full contact info. Three days later I log into my account and there is NO record of my support ticket. I heard nothing from NO-IP until I cancelled my subscription. I have no intention of continuing doing business with such a poorly run company. When I cancelled I get an e-mail saying "Thank you so much for being a No-IP customer, we really appreciate it." What a way for them to show it. If I could give NO star I would.

The prices have almost doubled! I have used NOIP's service for more than 10 years and with a few exceptions everything was mostly satisfactory. The prices were always relatively high, but the service was usually okay. But the latest increase is simply outrageous and brazen. Without notice the prices were almost doubled and then without asking! drawn in automatically! This is also incomprehensible, as the costs in this area have become cheaper. Other providers with comparable offerings sometimes cost less than 1/10th of Noip's service prices. This is no longer a reliable partner. Time to say goodbye
