Invalid Key, No Response Key was invalid. It happens, no big deal. However, I contacted them multiple times for replacement key and never got a response. Edit: After several attempts I finally went through with Paypal refund. Seller did provide refund at that point so I did eventually get my money back.

Is which exact "Product ID" the product correspondences to. See "List of Product IDs which are supported by the Office Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run" in google (this will find a docs.microsoft.com page).
