Accurate Assessment I had two (2) watch authentication services from Real Authentication. 1. A used Cartier watch I purchased locally which was determined "authentic". I sold this watch thru eBay and was determined "authentic" by another authenticator. 2. I purchased a used Cartier Ballon Bleu from Gr****ee, and was determined "counterfeit". Prior Real Authentication, Cartier store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California, told me the bracelet is aftermarket. (Cartier did not open the watch) Based on my experiences, I think Real Authentication provided a very accurate service.

I have been searching what the customer service phone number or email I have been searching what the customer service phone number or an emai of real authentication but can’t find no where on their website. It is so frustrating when you want to get an answer from them soon. I just got the result of the chanel double flap caviar that was authenticated from them but I have questions to ask about their evaluation. Reliable & Quick I recently found Real Authentication for a handbag I was looking to purchase online. I wasn't sure if it was real or not so I used this service. I chose the one hour service which was completed within 40 minutes or so. Based on the other reviews I wasn't sure if it would be done within the hour but it was which leads me to believe the other reviews on here are probably fake reviews. Anyway, I had a great experience and urge others to give them a try if you're looking for assurance before spending a lot of money on something.

Avoid Waste of money I get few certificate as authentic after few days they void. This happened when I get result counterfeit for two other items which I upload with complete boutique set. They told me I can get refund when I send them 2 different opinions with authentic result. For me this whole situation is big joke, customer service barely exists. Remember from science point of view You need exam between 100 to 1000 samples of same items with same details ( model, color, size etc,) to get resonable results whow to exam specific item. If one thing is different like color You need start for beginning. Don’t trust people without even basic knowledge and understanding for handcrafted items… In these days even rock can pretend expert. lol
