GBI only received half of my order I only received half of my order. These are fairly expensive and I only got package 2 of 2. I have no ide where package 1of 2 went. I had ordered two sets. One set for my daughter in law who is a new nursing mom.

GBReceived my item it is faulty sent… Received my item it is faulty sent numerous e mails for a replacement and the company is just ignoring them I will not let them get away with this disgusting customer service.

GBStill haven’t received the product Still haven’t received the product. Ordered 8/28 and today is 9/13. Called and was told it takes 3-5 business days to ship. The tracking information showed arrival on September 11; still nothing. There is enough profit margin to send for free (no such thing) other than snail-mail…Washington to Colorado…come on! I have become skeptical now. I am thankful I read the reviews and canceled the $99 upgrade. That separate transaction was taken care of with a return call within a week in which I am grateful for.

GBReview of product I like the product, and purchasing and shipping went smoothly. The problem I have is with app plus upgrade. I'm having issues setting the app up. It is hanging up on scanning the QR code and it won't bypass that step therefore I cannot use the app to operate the vfit gold. This upgrade cost $100 so I hope it is resolved soon. I have contacted customer service, but no reply yet.
