CALiveAgent is a Great Way to Manage Customer Support! LiveAgent has changed the way our office handles support - for the better. It's given us us the tools we need to triage, categorize and prioritize tickets, tracking client requests to completion ensuring they gain what they need. It also gives us the stats we need to analyze our work and level of service. The interface is very visual, with colour-coded statuses and tags. Management of tickets is very adaptable to the needs of our office.

GBLive Agent has been amazing Live Agent has been amazing! Since our company started using it, it has saved so much time and hassle. An amazing benefit is leaving notes on emails that are only visible to the operators. This helps with keeping updates on emails that take longer to resolve. Tagging: We have created so many tags using key words, this has helped with reporting and creating appropriate autoresponders which saves us from answering the same question thousands of times. Lastly, I love how you can assign emails to specific people. So if an email is about a certain thing that only one member of staff can deal with, I would assign this email to them-amazing!

PLA great program for customer technical support We use the program in the company to service our clients. We design websites and there are quite a lot of questions and comments. LiveAgent helps us organize the work of technical support. We have fewer calls and reports in various communication channels - everything goes to one place. That's a great thing.

GRno it support after many years of use. the support service is terrible only good for ironic comments. my work daily routine the last months is just a nightmare spending hour just waiting to ladesk work properly. while all others website works very fast. the only help i got is to advice me change device or connection.
