Their Customer Service and active response to my problems is a strong 7 out of 5 stars. Their acknowledgement of tech glitches & problems, willingness & aggressiveness in fixing them, and honest discussion with me & Accountability was a Case Study in PR & how to properly deal with your Customers. I think there's some kind of book about "Good PR: Turning your Complainers into your Cheerleaders..." Wherever it is, they read it, studied it, and mastered it. Cuz I'm now a believer again and willing to publicly say I'm excited to be part of the growth process of this Start-up as an early adopter.
