BAIT AND SWITCH-1ST TIME CUSTOMER We ordered muscle tech cell tech hardgainer supplement for my husband and got just plain creatine with completely blue lettering which is not what we ordered. Its bait and switch! Although my husband will use it no matter what, its not the point! The point is the company lies to customer about what they are selling and sends something different instead with no warning that a switch has been made in products! No one cares about this issue at the company as there are so many people this happens to and its deplorable and unethical business practices for a company to do this! We even paid 17 for shipping from CA to AZ so that great deal on a supplement is wiped away by insane shipping! Will never order from here again! As a first time customer this is the last! Read reviews before ever shopping from this company online!

I feel I have been scammed I placed an order of 2 items totalling a little less than 30 US$ and checked their shipping before placing the order. It was to be shipped to europe. After a long wait, and checking the tracking number I got in touch with the postal service, and they indicated that the products had been returned because the sender had not complied with a universal form that ALL pòstal sercives internationally use. I sent repeated messages to HerbsPro about this, and a final one asking for my money back. They did not reply to a single one of my messages. In one of my messages I had attached proof and the documents supplied by the postal office. So, I have surely felt scammed and have not received my purchas, nor my money back nor any answer to my communication efforts.

You Go…”Herbspro”👏 Herbspro is a great company with different good products to offer! The psyllium husk that I ordered from them last year was a better brand (not ground so refined like the one I had to order this time as the only brand available and was very pricey for the small bag I got), but I do recommend HerbsPro💊 & they probably will have the right products that you need in stock!
