About Nooro Us

Nooro was founded in 2022 on the belief that health is not born, it is built. —It happens when you can walk with confidence… knowing that you’re safe, secured and in good condition. We got our start from conversations with people sharing their agonizing pain, be it knees, feet or eyes. The unhealthy lifestyle we often go through stops at nothing to destroy our “happy lives.” So, you need to be ready before the worst happens, and this was the inspiration for Nooro. To start our journey of designing specific products for specific problems.

The foot massager is very effective on… The foot massager is very effective on relieving the pain of neuropathy. The first two units I received were defective but the third one appears to be working properly. I tried to schedule a 15 minute orientation session on line but for some reason it was cancelled and I have been unable to connect and reschedule with someone named David Guardino, but I get no call backs, email responses or follow up emails (as promised) with a link to reschedule. Otherwise the customer service has been ok.

Oh Yes this company product is helping… Oh Yes this company product is helping me work with limited discomfort as previously I was so much in pain on my left leg all up to my hip and back with tingling feet as well but now I can stand long hours on my feet at work. Actually is only my second week and I’m enjoying my life already. It’s wonderful !!!

Beware of “promotional giveaways” Beware of “promotional giveaways”. I have purchased the foot massager which only worked for a few months (just past their 90 days guarantee) however I was in a private Facebook group that Nooro has and they were having this giveaway and I was the recipient of a new massager. The catch is that you have to purchase it, furnish the order number and will receive a refund. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately after complying with the instructions for my refund, I am being ghosted by the Nooro representative. No response to my emails, deleting my post on FB and restricting access to the group. I emailed customer service and was informed that I would be contacted within 24 hours. That hasn’t happened and it’s been 3 days. I will now have to contact my bank and dispute this. I personally have better things to do with my time than be tracking down a refund that was promised to me in writing via an email. Beware people.

I have been using Advantage for… I have been using Advantage for sometime this probably my 3rd order after I started using Advantage I am more alert total recall not forgetting names consideration has improved I am 85 still working and going to gym 4/5 times per week Still cycling long rides

Less tingling, Better balance I have been using the footpad for about a week. The tingling in the soles of my feet has begun reducing. Also, I was surprised when working out that my balance seems to have improved. Maybe the nerves in my feet are working better. I plan to continue using the Nooro and hope to experience continued improvement.
