Always prompt service and beautiful… Always prompt service and beautiful wigs. My only complaint is I do not know what the value is of points earned and I never have been able to pay the advertised lower sale price. How do I pay the lower on sale price at checkout? I have a lot of points now…what do I do with them? Do they give me discounts on further purchases?

Exceptional Website and Selection In my opinion, if you're looking for a website that offers a wide variety of wigs (styles and colors), wigs.com is the site. I've purchased a number of wigs (different designers) from wigs.com and have been extremely pleased with every one of them. The wigs are beautiful! I'm a pretty dedicated returning customer - particularly when I want to change styles to adapt to my moods.

Delightfully Satisfied! I am a new wig wearer and am quite pleased with the company. There was plenty of video's to help me be prepared for wearing of wigs. I really like that I can sort the wig styles by my cap size for easy shopping. There is plenty of pictures to help me decide along with video reviews. My first two wigs I ordered were just perfect for me in size, color and style. The third wig is a cute style but not for me so I had to return. I was happy to have the peace of mind that I could return it. The return process was simple and the money was returned rather quickly. I love the frequent sales to help be more friendly on the budget. It is also nice to know with each purchase, I am earning points to help go toward a discounted future purchase. When I was going on vacation, I was concerned about how the wig would be going through secuity. I called the customer service number and the friendly agent gave me comfort all would be well. I will keep using this company.

Used products Read recent reviews please they send used products and then when you return (also paying for return yourself) They basically deny what you tell them wrong effortlessly calling you a liar. Very poor inspections before being sent. Shop elsewhere..Also look at recent 1 star..all complain on same thing.
