GBI would have given you five stars I would have given you five stars, except that it is not apparent, nor in anyway easy or intuitive, to redeem the many multiple cards for $25 off my purchase of over $100 or more. Note: There should be some easy instructions and a mechanism set in place when you’re getting ready to pay for the order to utilize and redeem those cards. I’m currently in the busiest time of the year business wise and do not have the time to call your customer service department. I am so busy it’s just not gonna happen. This issue has been disconcerting enough that I have considered going somewhere else for supplements.

GBMy June 2020 order of GenF20 Plus My June 2020 order had GenF20 Plus Spray bottles that had a very sour taste. At first your customer service representative told me you had changed the formula and they should be okay to take. However, they tasted so bad, I poured out the liquid. Customer service was not going to replace them until I threatened not to order any more of the Natural Health Source products, then they agreed to send me 3 replacement bottles. I have not yet tried them, so unsure about the taste.

GBOne of many trusted companies… I have no problem with any of the many product I ordered, National Health Source always delieved my order on time. The products I used work great. A company like this can always be trusted because I use them maybe once per month and they always have the items in stock.
