GBApp Needs Work We really like CrowdHealth as a whole. The app is lacking. It’s very difficult to view previously submitted documents and to tell which bill is which for an ongoing event because there isn’t a way to label them. Most of the care team is very helpful and knowledgeable, but we often get conflicting information. I never feel confident in where I am uploading bills and often have to ask multiple questions before getting it sorted out. The referral program is great and I am glad they’ve moved to direct deposit.

The app is super user friendly and if I have any questions, I get a response back in a very reasonable amount of time. With my pregnancy, delivery and our son’s NICU stay, Andrea and the team have been amazing and very helpful throughout this whole process! I also love the updates when we should be receiving funds back.
