Excellent program I think the course content is very relatable and in short segments that were easy to process and practice. My coach Corrie is great at her job. I felt like she saw me as an individual, checked on my progress and cheered me on. While focused on pain management for my bulged L5, I have found many of the tools she offered such as breathing techniques, visualizations and self-talk empower me in areas of my life including work and general relaxation.

Alex Alex , my coach has been wonderful. The program is very professional and thorough. I am a retired therapist myself and tools of the program are comparable with having a private therapist. Evidence based and up to date information.

Coach Rachelle is phenomenal Coach Rachelle is phenomenal! Very sensitive, empathetic and bright - addressing very well my situation, providing resources, valuable analysis of how I deal and react, and working with me on practices for coping. This is a life changer experience for me

Lin Health is a wonderful program but… Lin Health is a wonderful program but like any process, a lot is dependent on the coach. Jackie is incredible. She is a great leader and identifies issues and ways to help. She became not only my coach but a friend as well!

This experience helped me immeasurably This experience helped me immeasurably. This approach to re-training my brain helped me return to a normal day-to-day life. I'm not dependent on medications to manage my pain. My coach, Marnie, was so intuitive about what was likely to help my particular situation. The 1:1 approach helped me move quickly to a point where I could "graduate".
