Support sucks and you don't get 'enough' access to your service First, the ticket has been opened for over 3 days without a reply. And even when you buy the service and try to use it, there are TON of limitations compared to other VPS providers. And wanna know the worst part? When you buy using crypto you cant even get a refund, so you are stuck with a bad service that you cant get benefit from. Worst VPS and web hosting provider I have ever used.

Great servers with great customer service! I'm very pleased with my Incognet VPS. I came to Incognet partly for their low prices, but mainly because I like their "privacy by design" ethos. Privacy is a human right, so it's nice to support a company that believes in it. The server has been great and seems pretty fast. What's most impressive is their great customer service! I've contacted them a few times with questions, and they've replied within minutes (even over a weekend) with friendly helpful answers.
