Best Hosting Best Hosting, best hosting and support i have ever used, i would recommend it to anyone!

Disappointing Experience I purchased the community website from Hamz Development and used it with Hamz Hosting. The experience was sort of a nightmare by the start with issues that the team was aware of. After speaking to WH 2 | MrSharkGamer verbally (which took over an hour for them to assist with the ticket) they were able to walk me through the "common fix" which I appreciated deeply. There are many bugs on the website (which I assume is not the hosting fault) however the website is taking ages to load at times. I've had it take over a minute on some occasions and when it comes back the Discord Member count freezes and becomes blank. In order to test to make sure it is not just me one of their support members WS | K1llTemp tried loading the website and experienced the same problem. Their response was "There is not much I can do". I'm sitting here waiting for the support team to help me on the Discord and some responses take well over an hour my membership is actively contacting me about how slow it is and that the website is "down" and the support team is too busy playing Call of Duty, editing on Visual Studio, and advertising their communities to even consider helping me with this issue. Hopefully, I will have an update shortly because this is really upsetting!

Support is Great Support is Great, I had zero issues getting help!

HAMZ support is the best ever! I have been a customer of HAMZ with all different types of products. I am glad I switched from my previous provider, My website runs so much smoothly. I am so grateful for the support team to help with the transition and problem I have had. They where able to get the transfer going in an hour! Props to all of the support team 😊, I am recommending HAMZ to all of my friends 😊

Honestly Great Honestly great services for the price. I bought (Still using) the the web hosting. It costs me next to nothing and works super well. Originally I had some issues getting it up and running. However their amazing support quickly jumped it and helped me. I'm giving 4/5 because recently I've had issues with double charging as well as slow servers (They were just fixed as of 10'th Jan. 23)
