dont waste your time with them, they are unreliable now. and overpriced 6 years ago this vpn was awesome. now they are unreliable. it has continually gotten worse. i had on too many occasions verified that the vpn was not operating, while it deceptively confirmed it was. simple check to online sites that verify ip addresses made it very clear when it was and was not working. this experience happened far too often. this company also autobills and you have to remove your card or they will keep doing it, theres no box to check or opt out option. i would recommend a better service, like surfshark. its cheaper too. Update june 15 2019...These people contacted me acting concerned but the vpn still sucks... Says connected but shows local ip lolol these guys just suck now.

IOS Access, Hello All, I have been with PhantomPeer in Australia a few years now with no problems, a very smooth application. But sadly after this 6mth term will be exiting because of no IOS protection. I have asked owner to rectify this a couple of yrs ago with no update. If this does not affect you, i fully recommend this VPN service.

A stable, good working but slower VPN It is a good working VPN that is a bit slow at times and there are not many servers to choose from. The upside of PhantomPeer is that it does always work and even if it is slow, the VPN at least is stable and does not give any problems.

A few initial problems with earlier… A few initial problems with earlier builds and win10 but latest builds are brilliant with a quick setup. Support are very patient and quick to respond. Highly recommend.
