Legit, cheap but requires a little work This was not the most straight forward experience but it is NOT a scam and the price is unbeatable. I got office 2021 professional for £8! You have to activate using the telephone method NOT online. I also had a bad key the first time but I emailed their customer services and was given a new one which worked within minutes.

No email link was sent to my account with a link as promised; the online chat service refused to work and (a day later) still no contact from them. I'll register this as a complaint with my account holder because The Software Hub is either a complete fraud or they're 'going Boeing'. Don't touch these people with someone else's bargepole...
