Great company with great people Great company with great people, they have big goals and are not afraid to say it out loud. I expect great things from them in the future. I am using "communication" app now and it is incredible how agile they are on new features and updates.

Amazing Helpdesk app! I first came to know about Little SaaS for the first time in November 2020 because I was searching for some solutions for support ticket systems, live chat and knowledge based documentations. I have used several of these solutions before. They either burned my wallet too much or simply did not performance well enough for my need. Then unexpectedly I ran into a product by them called "Communication". The founder was very helpful and so passionate about this new baby "Communication" when I reached out to them. So I got on-board for a trial at first, and I was glad I did because I immediately found what I was looking for and more. I felt the product was designed with users' experiences as the main focus. Everything was simple and intuitive. Of course, at first there were some little issues here and there, but the founder and his team were so responsive to handle and fixed all the issues or extra requests impressively fast. For an example, even an issue about my native language, Thai, they responded to my request right away. Within 2 days, not only did they fixed the issue, but also they added my language into their system and dashboard. In addition, what made this Communication stood out was its speed. It was the fastest I have tested with. So I was sold right away. In conclusion, after almost 4 months of using it, I am very happy with my decision. And Little SaaS just keeps impressing me almost daily with all the updates. Even its speed, that was very fast already a few months ago, it is even faster now. Furthermore, the mobile app (android) that was released recently was instantly fast from the first day I used it. Unlike most mobile apps that normally get 50-80% of the functionalities cut off from the Desktop version, this one is exactly the same as using the desktop version on mobile. They really create the product based on mobile-first and UX-first approach. This is a solid and upcoming company with great potential.
