They are delegated to help the customer and the support team I love them because as they said they would reply to every message 24 hours. 2. If you get any bug with any plugin or theme, they resolve it under 24 hours. First good GPL site I have come across!! The support team is very good and supporting. I had issue with one plugin and got my problem solved within 24hrs. They cleared all the problems with the plugin. Plus, All the major plug-ins and themes are present which GPL sites don't provide like complete Thrive Theme products. Plugins too worked fine. Best GPL site I found plus the membership price is reasonable too. I highly recommend GPL Family!!!
