GBTHEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY I ordered a car seat and they sent it to HI and when I trying to call no answer and emailing they time and time again they just took the money and never sent the car seat or try to help me or send me the car seat i paid for going to report them

I have been using their software for several months and also recommend this program to my friends. Recently, my friend failed to fix their device and after contacting the FoneGeek support center, they give my friend a refund! I just say that you will be satisfied with their service after having a try.

GBSent me a code that didn’t work… Sent me a code that didn’t work customer support said it was because my phone was inactivated but it was activated. Refused to refund my money although they claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee. TOTAL SCAM!

SKABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY YALL! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY YALL!! I requested a refund after my phone wasn’t recognized and nothing worked, they didn’t respond to my support inquiry - not once, twice or even three times!! It’s been two weeks and I keep getting no response. I don’t understand how does this company even continue after the horrible customer support. Their services aren’t cheap, so I suggest you use another company. Nope for me.
