I bought two license of atompark whois… I bought two license of atompark whois explorer. Since i am trying their software i found lot of bugs. the software is not upto the expectations. There is no update since 2021. I have escalated so many bugs and the company is not focusing on updates. They promised they release update every year and since 2021 no update. The whois servers are not responding. There is no options to update whois server for specific domain extensions. Some times the software stuck in middle and no stability of software. I do not recommend some one to buy this software

I keep contacting the customer support and yesterday they told me the error is on their side, but today, they acted like everything works fine on their end, asking me what's the error I receive. When I mentioned I have the same error from yesterday and they were supposed to fix this in a few hours, I stopped receiving any replies even though they state they offer 24/7 support. I have to provide full report to my clients about the mailing but I can't show anything while the tracking system is off. This was a huge setback to my business so I can't help but give them a bad review.

It requires some pre set up, but once I configured it with the support stuff, it is working smoothly till now. Mind it won't validate yahoo emails, but the story is the same with other validators I tried.
