PTThe biggest problem is this app is…very slow I'm sharing an update on my Hostify experience. Firstly, I want to express my genuine appreciation for the commendable support efforts. However, the problem with undelivered/disappearing messages still persist. Regrettably, I contact support less often now, prioritizing immediate client assistance over constant outreach for support. I want to bring to the attention an interaction I had with the manager regarding my concerns. While I truly appreciate the manager's willingness to address and resolve the issues by suggesting direct communication, during our conversation, the manager requested that I delete my negative comments, adding that I should keep them only if it makes me feel good about myself, which left me feel uncomfortable with a sense of psychological pressure, as I believe everyone should be able to share their true thoughts openly. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a more negative perception of the app and overall user experience. I believe open and constructive communication is crucial, and I hope Hostify can address these issues transparently and ensure a more comfortable experience for all users. Best regards,

BGHostify is an absolute game changer… Hostify is an absolute game changer for vacation rental management. Their PMS and channel manager tools are incredibly user-friendly and make managing our properties a breeze. The calendar syncing feature is a lifesaver and has greatly increased our booking efficiency. The customer service team is also top-notch and always goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. With Hostify, we have seen a significant increase in bookings and overall revenue. I highly recommend this platform to any vacation rental property owner or manager.

ESReally good and robust software Really good and robust software. I'm happy to have automated my business with Hostify and now I don't need to go between multiples channels to get things done. Their team is really helpful and competent and the support is available 24/7 (huge pro).

GB24/7 Customer service…really!? 24/7 Customer service is what is advertised and the initial reply always states “We typically reply in a few minutes” but their call center is located in Indonesia or somewhere so there is ALWAYS a delayed response and the Hostify calendar is behind by 1 Day and they are not available on weekends. Recent mixup in pricing was so badly mishandled by Hostify staff that weeks passed before someone from their support team finally responded directly with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. The Hostify ‘Housekeeping’ notification feature is misleading and offers a week-to-week update only; unfortunately, my housekeeping teams must plan their calendars a month in advance at a minimum. I have requested this fix numerous times but there has been no response. For $100/mo, I am not impressed. Hostify seems better suited to a small boutique Hotel.
