they dont do what they promise If you want a basic easy logo from a stock website, these are your guys, cheap and fast but watch out, they only try to sell you more and more, like a website, social media etc. They promise to give your money back if you're not happy but then when you're not happy and want to end the relationship, they ignore you. They don't really know what a logo is because they things they send me were not usable as a logo and very basic and standard. it didnt seem like they have any interest in your business.

Delivered as promised, I received a hard up-sell on a website Jay and Khan designed my logo. The turn-around was quick and they delivered quality options, and I didn't need revisions on the one I chose. We spoke on the phone twice and each time they tried to up-sell on doing my website, with Jay doing a hard sell the second time. It really turned me off and I didn't appreciate it.

Great experience with Sherry Khan Great experience with Sherry Khan. He really helped me as I made my logo and personalized it just for me. A very easy and hands on process that is quick. A great experience and a great service if you are looking for a logo. I would definitely recommend it.

Here i agree to this point. Here i agree to this point.. since i paid and sherry asked me my card number i found some charges which i did not recognized doing my self.. they are blackmailers once you ask for one revision...boom..there you loose the eligibility of refund incase youre unsatisfied .. you have to take whatever sh** they give you ... total waste of my thousands of dollars .. they make sites .. they put it down and blackmail you unless you pay more ...

Slow and poor service I hired them specifically asking for them to design a logo and a business card. The logo, which multiple revisions were not requested on, took just shy of 4 weeks for them to complete. Then they send me an image with the mock up of the card, letter head, and envelope. I asked for the printable image file for the business card and the response was “we’ve sent you everything. The order is complete from our side, don’t contact us again unless it’s regarding new business”
