Legit Once I received the email that my phone was unlocked, the rest of the process took all of 2 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the "customer service number" listed, but I did get quick responses via email. Also, it took a little longer than I expected, about 4 days, but chances are it was an AT&T maintenance thing so no big deal.

Best service ever!! I called around to different places asking if they could unlock my ATT 5s and they couldn't do it because of firmware issues. Awesome company, delivered as promised, fast turnaround I bought an iPhone 6 plus online that was still on-contract and locked to ATT. Not bad I ordered the unlocking service on Wednesday evening/night. The website said it takes three days to unlock so I assumed that it wouldn't process it till Thursday. I got my phone unlocked on Sunday afternoon and I followed the simple directions which was to restore the phone and connect it to iTunes and that's it. I never got my phone unlocked and this was a simple process. I wish it would unlock sooner, but they kept their word to wait for three days.
