Great innovation to our preschool ! Our school has been using BW basic account for the past two years for check in and check out only. Recently we have upgraded to the premium account less than a month and we are loving it ! All the parents are super happy with real time update and the teachers receive smooth effective communication with parents fast without any delay ! It greatly reduce the management/office administrative work load! highly recommend!

My staff and parents both love the user… My staff and parents both love the user friendly apps & our communication between everyone is much improved. As owner/director it's reports make my job much easier. Do wish they would add a shareable menu feature!

It has definitely done a lot to update… It has definitely done a lot to update our check in system and payments. The parents are liking it alot with the updates but still trying to work out the kinks between working between the two locations. Communication is a little slow when needed questions answered.

Great IF you dont plan to use the… Great IF you dont plan to use the billing option App is fairly easy for parent contact- which is great to keep teacher personal information safe- and check in is fairly straightforward BUT the billing side- forget it! if you need help- they only answer via email- and it takes at least 1-2 days to hear back- then it's a copy/paste response from one of their "help articles" - they have no direct contact with their customers- and if a billing issue comes up- you are SOL in getting it sorted- talk about some angry parents
