GBAwful do not use or trust Awful do not use or trust! All the 5 star reviews not real. I am paying back a loan for a service I didn't receive- Tabeo saying I don't qualify for a refund and my payments have to continue so I don't get bad credit which is wrong and disgusting! Just waiting for the finical ombudsman service to resolve situation now- save yourself any stress and do not use!

GBDo not use these for credit I had no issues with Tabeo whilst I had a plan with them in 2021 (paid off in full in 2022) At the start of this year I checked my credit score and it had dropped considerably due to a ‘missed instalment’ to Tabeo that they had tried to take in December 2023. I called and was advised that this was an internal error and they would rectify this. They did rectify this and my credit score was updated. We are going through a remortgage process at present and my credit score has now been affected by yet another ‘missed payment to Tabeo’ As noted above, I finished my payment plan in 2022 and have never missed a payment on any bill or monthly cost. This appears to be another ‘internal error’ but this one if having a detrimental affect on my mortgage application. I would urge anybody with an old plan with Tabeo to check their account urgently. This company appear to be charging people years after their plans are complete
