They have been very useful in aiding in recovery from workouts and getting rid of some nagging joint injuries. I recommend these products for people getting older who want to stay active. Very effective for anti aging and preventing illness.

Helped speed the healing process Helped speed the healing process for a minor calf tear. This was the only change I made while rehabbing and I finally saw progress and am now almost back to 100% after several months. Not sure if the peptides were responsible but I was also the only one in the house who didn’t get sick when everyone else passed around a respiratory virus. Keep in mind to be very gentle during reconstitution and drawing as the peptides are extremely fragile. Highly recommend.
