No more stiff neck I was waking up with a stiff, sore neck almost every morning. I tried different pillows, flipped the mattress, stretching, but nothing really helped. The tightening nob just broke today This was my mistake, I had given this product a 2-star review because the tightening nob had broken (which has been the only flaw, the product has really helped with my neck pain), but I had forgotten that it has a 1-year warrantee--again, my mistake not theirs. I'm going to submit a request for a replacement.

I had an ondinary experience with… I had an ondinary experience with halipax.com. The website was almost good but not great. Navigatig was omfortable and easy, finding products wasn't a problem. Prices were on the higher side but I wasn't expecting hight end items. There were plentty of options to choose from and the qulity of the items were better than I anticipated. It's a good place to shop if you're not looking for something too fancy. I wouldn't say it's spectacular but not bad either. I wouldn't hesutate to shop here again if the need aroises.
