I’ve been trying to return Rejuvaknee and pro light for months, they don’t respond to exhaustive requests for custom codes and descriptions in order to return.

GBFinally, freedom from knee pain! RejuvaKnee gives me transformative experience. I have been struggling with my knee for so long and tried other things but none help. However, this product let's me sleep without pain and makes me walk more than usual.

GBDisappointed in product and company I received two units, which I ordered. They are not as I expected and do nothing for my knees. I have requested the instructions for a return. I did receive one response which talked about my wanting to “cancel” my order but they had already been shipped? What? All I need are the instructions and information to return the item. I’ve requested this four or five times. I even used the email address given to other “bad review” customers for return and it was not a valid address. I’ve read the other recent negative reviews and seems I purchased about the same time. I will make a report to my State’s consumer protection division and internet fraud if I do not get the information and the refund. Constance

GBI’ve been trying to contact company as… I’ve been trying to contact company as our is not holding the charge. They responded once and asked several questions which I answered and we have never heard back! Heads up do not buy!!! Terrible customer support!

GBMy wife's knees are so deteriorated… My wife's knees are so deteriorated that she can only walk for 3 steps... and that is with great pain. The RejuvaKnee massager treatment has done wonders for her pain. She is not yet able to walk further, but the pain reduction has given her a lot of hope to recover further.
