I purchased the 1 month Pro… I purchased the 1 month Pro subscription via ACH transfer last Sunday. I have called everyday since then to see what's going on but no one ever answers the customer service number. I have also sent several emails to figure out what is taking so long to get the info to actually start the service since the money has already been taken from my account. I have gotten 2 emails saying they have to pass my emails to all these different departments and someone called me back and ended up hanging up in my face after he asked me several times to resend the same emails I had already sent. I called 8 times again today and I'm still waiting to hear something. I would like to try the service but if it is a problem I just need someone to tell me what's going on and give me a refund. Money had been taken but I haven't been told anything about the service or when I'll be able to use it.

The features presented on the website… The features presented on the website are not available (iPhone features are already pretty poor, and half of them fall away when payed and installed) Support cannot solve the problem. They know about it but because of IOS12 arrived, they only can answer "we are working on it". They do not agree on re-fund. This is ILLEGAL. Mobistealth just steal your money and do not make the JOB. Awesome app, better than others I have tried 2 similar apps, and they can’t compare to this one. I love this app, but unfortunately there are occasionally problems where it stops functioning as it should. I wish those kinks could get ironed out. But it still gets 4 stars from me. Thankfully, restarting the (target)phone gets it working again.
