As well as when you schedule and call, they are all very knowledgable and kind! It's easy to learn how to use and their training docs are next level. Do not know what we would do without Gorgias!!!

I am a professional I.T I am a professional I.T. guy, my client is working with the Gorgias. We had a small issue when I changed the MX Records of the mail server as we upgraded mailboxes from POP to Exchange. I opened a ticket with Gorgias support and their support tech was awesome and easy to work with. In that sense, for their support, I have to put 5 stars.

Easy to use - better than Zendesk Gorgias is a very easy tool to use and set up. Your customers will receive a much cleaner looking email than other helpdesk tools (that send emails containing loads of ugly and confusing code). My team found the transition from Zendesk to be very easy. I feel very supported by the knowledgeable support team at Gorgias who always respond with prompt, detailed advice. The tool is robust, we haven't experienced any major outages or issues. Connecting new channels has been extremely easy and stress-free since we implemented 12 months ago.
