Might have been good once, got worse, now dead Judging by the reviews, Dedipath might have once been a good service provider. Unfortunately, that was not my experience - it was a mediocre service that never delivered what it promised. I purchased a VPS because of an attractive Cyber Monday deal, paying for a year of service. Almost immediately it became apparent that the VPS' specs and bandwidth were significantly lower than advertised - I experienced frequent lag and slowdowns. I worked on a project with the VPS on and off for some months despite that disappointment, then took an extended break, only to come back to a completely non-responsive server (the "99.99% uptime guarantee" being another case of false advertising), with no apparent reason determinable from the logs. After attempting to reboot the VPS, as well as reset various network settings via the very clunky interface provided, I had to file a ticket with support. Asked for advice on how to fix the VPS, explicitly stating that it had my project data that I very much wanted to keep. In spite of that, the first and only solution the support engineer suggested was completely resetting the VPS, wiping all of my data. After confirming that indeed was apparently the only thing they could do for me, I left the ticket hang open for a few days while I researched if there was something I hadn't yet tried to do to fix it myself. However support proceeded then to just close the ticket and completely reset the VPS anyways without warning. While the performance was very mediocre compared to advertising, because it was relatively affordable, I could cope with it. That's not what I find most frustrating. The VPS unexpectedly going unreachable and then wiped along with all of my work, however, is completely unacceptable. It has come to my attention that Dedipath is going out of business now, so I doubt refunds would have been honored anyways. To the people that had a better experience than me - I hope that you can safely migrate your data elsewhere. For any potential future clients of a successor firm to Dedipath - I would suggest steering clear and seeking out instead a more reputable service provider in the US or EU. The issues that lead to the present company's demise are likely to transfer over to whatever new company they might form in the future.

Great Colocation services Great Colocation services. Was with them in LA for a few months and went very smooth. Had to move out and it was very easy and inexpensive.

Dedipath really has very good… Dedipath really has very good connections in Asia. This is amazing because most providers charge big fees, but DediPath provides all the best facilities at low prices.

Happy New Customer We recently moved our small east coast data center into a rack at Dedipath's Las Vegas colo. We couldn't be happier with the support and assistance of the team. They are responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them.
