AUUntrustworthy, and Unsatisfactory! After Lengthy discussion with their pre-sale team I was told that the sites I run and maintain would work effortlessly with their Corporate VIP Reseller hosting account. Less than 10 days in, they are now telling me: "We regret to inform you that we do not have a hosting plan that meets your specific requirements. We recommend transferring the accounts that were previously hosted server , or exploring other hosting providers that can accommodate your need for sending mass emails." I am absolutely outraged at their response after I have migrated 26 plus sites across from my previous host. All I can say is do not take for granted what their pre-sales team or support team tells you, they obviously aren't up to date with the times or what their company can and cannot provide. It is not for everyone, and with them saying that they do not support "sending mass emails. Isn't that the reason everyone now has a website? To email their members about news and updates etc.... I find it absurd!

LRCustomer since 2017 we have been with Skynerhosting since 2017 and haven't had any bad experience. Anytime finding a hosting company, you must first look at the customer service especially the technical support and they go out of there way. There 24 hour chat service is a plus.

DEDo you really need this problem? This hostings requires 1-2 times a moth the ticket like 'please check why domein.sample is down'. I have no idea why they did not setup uptime monitoring to know the problem before my ping. Errors sample: Error 404 serser is unavailable. Error 503 server missconfiguration Error 522 Connection timed out your IP (admin!) is banned cPanels: too many conection host got suspended because of too extensive DB usage (Wordpress with 1300 indexed pages) I do not recommend to work with this hoster. Why do you need this problem?
