Worst Service Owner acts like dictator This guy is crazy and act like dictator. They just lock you out of you and your clients emaill without even notice. There is no direct customer support except email. They wont even respond to your request and just ghost you completely i can provide proper screeenshot of all conversation if anyone has doubt and even the emails which he falsely flag as spam which are not. Here is the detailed email which they sent its soo stupid if we have intention to spam why we use there service close to 2 years with multiple accounts isnt it stupid to they cant even seprate genuine customer from people who spam. Subject: Account Termination Your account has been terminated for sending unsolicited marketing email. As this is the second occurrence of intentional (meaning not a password compromise) spam being sent from your account in less than 1 year, and the last time we opened a ticket with you about it you accused us of "really poor support" we no longer wish to do business with you. Here is the attached screenshot of email chronology. Its pretty clever for you to manipulate what you just said in email why not share entire conversation history on why i told poor support why you not share chat or email history i clearly said this as there was no support and you just decided to use that after 6 months which is really petty for a person running a company. Also last time when they reported there concern i have immediately deleted whole domain to comply with there requirement and what they say in in reply is very false let them prove otherwise. He clearly says just because i accuse them of poor support which was 6 months prior they just take that incident use it to fuel banning my account.

Finally switched from Zoho Mail Free Context and Past Provider information: I had been using Zoho Mail on the free tier for three years with five domains, four of which were forwarding to the one. I needed to forward emails to a specific Gmail address, but Gmail would not accept them at all. Fortunately, the emails were too important to not be able to send, and the recipient had an address other than Gmail. And on top of that experience the lock in to using Zohos specific applications and them locking down stuff like IMAP which prevent fast and easy backups/transfers of email inboxes shaped my experience. Acton taken: After that experience, I started looking for an email provider that is knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, honest and truly cares about email deliverability and their mail reputations. And so far I have no regrets paying and being a customer with them delivering on everything I was expecting and more. It took a good evening to set up all five domains with these guys, but I do not regret it. Very easy to setup multiple domains after you do the first and know where to go and what needs to be done. Easy to get live chat with the owner on discord and via their ticketing system. They take suggestions seriously. They are honest when you ask them something they do not know(was something outside of providing emails).

I've had MXRoute for several years I've had MXRoute for several years, Jarland is patient, agreeable and helps with anything beyond the basic knowledge one should have to run an email server. I have the lifetime account and could not be happier.

This company runs by several people who has HIGH DISRESPECT to clients. THEY HAVE THE WORST SUPPORT OUT OF ANY OTHER EMAIL HOSTING COMPANY WE HAVE USED OVER 15 years time. We have had 2 accounts with them for over a year and they just decided to shut us down without any notice. They have terminated one account due to what they say "Spamming" and Terminated 2nd account due to "personal preferences". That happened after we have told them that we are about to move to a new service provider. They have refused to give out our date back to us. They doesn't respect international laws at all. We are now contacting our lawyers to see if we can still get out personal data back. This is a 100% SCAM COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO WITH YOUR DATA. POSSIBLY SELL IT OUT TO SOME 3rd PARTY.

Rude, insulting and extremely unhelpful, save your money, go elsewhere They already have my money so why should they care? And this proved so true. They can't tell me why my emails aren't being received, even after verifying with the sender that they were sent. Instead first blame me, then claim the sender is lying! Even when provided proof! Unhelpful would be an understatement, completely useless is more accurate. I have never been treated so rudely by such ignorant people. Please don't waste your time or money on this disgusting company.
