UNRELIABLE, LOTS OF DOWNTIME, POOR SUPPORT, HOURS WASTED I have been with Accu Web Hosting for just over a year. In that time, I have experienced multiple site-down issues. Their online support is SLOWWWW to respond, and it takes HOURS AND HOURS to get things fixed. When they do finally resolve a site down issue, there is NO explanation, and NO credit for the hassle! Also, there is NO phone number to call for support other than "Sales," who only pass the issue along to someone behind the scenes. Accu Web Hosting is supposed to be in Denver, but when "Sales" does come on the phone, it is invariably a foreigner (e.g., someone in India, or with a foreign accent).
