Shipping very slow and costly Very disappointed. Not only that the package is still in transit after two weeks, but it will be sent from US! This will mean that I will also have to pay the custom fees to have this finally delivered, whenever that will be. Sending from a warehouse in EU so the products could be delivered in a timely manner and shipping less costly, would be a great advantage.

Great service The items were received quickly. Unfortunately one item was unavailable and I received a quick email letting me know with an apology and a suggested replacement item to order instead. I was happy with the products.

I received the wrong items however when… I received the wrong items however when I called Nutree they were very helpful and quickly sent me the return label. I shipped the items back and they have now shipped the correct items to me and provided me with the tracking information. Great customer service A+
