You can call them if you need to as well but I never had to as their response times surpassed expectations. GBWow! 5 star service! Wow! The professionalism of Byte exceeds my expectations! The package arrived today and it is superb. Everything is neatly packed - the aligners come in a sliding box for storage, and I really appreciate the accessories such as the whitening foam and the HyperByte. It really feels very personable, like a VIP aligner treatment. You can tell this company really went above and beyond to bring value to its customers with 5 star service.
