ITRun Away From Cledara, Fast I have been a staunch supporter and active user of Cledara's subscription management services since their early days. I was always impressed by their innovative approach and efficient service, which led me to recommend them to colleagues and partners in the industry. However, my recent experiences have dramatically altered this perception. Unpredictably, the cards supplied by Cledara stopped functioning, leading to a substantial disruption in my company's operations. While technical glitches are to be expected, it is how a company responds and resolves these issues that truly reveals their commitment to customer satisfaction. I reached out to Cledara's customer service hoping for a swift resolution, but their response was far from satisfactory. My reasonable request to transfer my existing balance to my account, which could have alleviated the impact of the situation, was outrightly refused without providing a valid justification. Being left in limbo with inaccessible funds and unresolved issues has drastically impacted my operations, not to mention my confidence in Cledara. The service has not lived up to its promises nor the trust placed in it. Unfortunately, despite my earlier advocacy, I can no longer endorse Cledara. Until they take meaningful steps to rectify this issue and improve their customer support, I would advise potential users to proceed with caution.

ZASaaS in 1 place I like how all my subscriptions are in 1 place. My accounting team only need to login to Cledara to see all the invoices. However, the gmail integration is not reliable. It misses a lot of invoices in the connected account, so as a work around I had to setup an auto-forwarder for each subscription which was time consuming and not scalable. Adding a new person to our team who needs a set of subscriptions means I need to go in and update every limit for each person who joins our team, there is no 'bulk increase by 1 license'

GBCledara has helped us track application… Cledara has helped us track application usage! It's been great to work with the Cledara team to help track our software application usage and spending. The customer service team and Jo in the tech team are always available to answer our questions, and Jack on the Product Marketing Team even interviewed me to better understand how our experience has been with the product and any ways they could improve. I highly recommend it as a product if you're looking to increase efficiencies and transparency around software usage for your firm.
