GBMy 10 + year old Philips Norelco wet… My 10 + year old Philips Norelco wet and dry shaver which I have kept for sentimental reasons, stopped charging. Watching others videos, I disasembled the shaver. It needed a new battery, which is soldered to the circuit board. The motor was showing rust. The fix would be a multistep process. Trying the do it yourself approach, I first ordered a battery from different company and in the process of soldering the new battery to the circuit board, one of the leads broke off the battery, and I could not reattach it. I was frustrated. I spoke with Brian and Bryan at Shaver Outlet, Inc. They provided the solution at a very reasonable cost and were very timely in sending me my product, which, by the way, was sent packed with great care with bubble wrap. Took about three days from the time I placed my order to receive the shipment by UPS ground. Works great. Words can not express how thankful and pleased I am with their service. Shaver Outlet is a one stop shop. They are my "go to" people for shaver problems.

GBShaverOutlet is Legit… I received exactly what I ordered and it worked perfectly. I ordered the Wahl Standard 30mm Replacement blade. It came quickly and fit perfectly and is really nice and sharp. Kudos to ShaverOutlet.com for providing such excellent photos of their products. It was a great help in locating the exact replacement I needed.

GBOrdered a replacement screen and blades… Ordered a replacement screen and blades for my Remington electric razor. No mention anywhere of backorder, nor was it mentioned on my receipt. After 9 days of silence I ask about shipping and told its on backorder. After voicing my displeasure, they canceled my order without asking me if I wanted to do that. Very unprofessional. And for the record, no Red Lettering anywhere saying backorder. Not when I ordered and not on receipt. Nonsense
