GBNot even worth 1 star UPDATE - First this company has responded to my review by claiming they have no record of emails between their company and mine. I have copies of over 20 emails between myself and this company between November and December 2022. Second I have not requested lifetime services. I prepaid for advertising services before I was ready for them because I was assured, twice, there was no expiration date. That was not a lifetime ago, by the way. When I was ready to use them they refused to provide the service AND they refused to refund my money. BUYER BEWARE - THEY LIED!!! I am not surprised they are refusing to provide the services I have already paid for and are refusing to refund the prepaid funds because the owner of the company, Kevin David Hulse, his partner, David Shawn Arnett, and several of their companies, including Zonbase, DK Automation, and ThatLifeStyleNinja among others, have had actions taken against them by the FTC and now they have to pay millions in damages. See US District Court case no. Case No. 1:22-cv-23760. So keep the lousy $249. You clearly need it more than I do. Happy Reading! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would give this company negative stars if I could. They don't deserve one star. I prepaid Zonbase (Zonkeywords) for advertising services, which they are now refusing to provide. They demand that I prove to them that there was no expiration date on the marketing services. Seriously??? This is despite the fact that I have provided the receipt for my payment, and nowhere on the receipt or in any communication was an expiration date listed. I was also told pre-purchase that there was no expiration date. Yet as the customer, they require that I prove something that does not exist. When I demanded that they prove an expiration date existed at the time of purchase, they refused to respond to my message but clearly have no problem keeping my money as they have also refused to refund the money.

CAAmazing tool It seems great to start your new business with the help of Zonbase. I have not used yet this software, however I saw tutorial videos from Kevin and I loved it.

GBIf you want to waste your hard earned money - Poor PPC Services and Not worth the money I would rate Zonbase zero stars if I could. Our experience with their program was extremely disappointing. They mishandled our PPC campaign and charged us a significant amount of money for services that proved to be a waste. We found that we knew more about PPC than their team did, and most of what we learned came from YouTube. Their so-called "professionals" managed our PPC poorly, causing us to lose our honeymoon stage and ranking. Despite this, they claimed to have provided excellent service after selling just one unit, which was far from satisfactory. They failed to deliver on any of their promises and lacked competence in PPC. I strongly advise against using their training or services. There are far better options available from companies that operate ethically and professionally.
