Take money even if you cancel Signed up to there 7 day free trial, cancelled the subscription on day 3 as I think there are better systems out there. Message popped up when I cancelled that they would take no payment. I used my credit card so put a block on my card as I thought they may try to take payment. I was right they tried to take payment so contacted my card merchant stopped any further payments coming out. Look at other reviews on here you'll see that they will take payment after 7 days and apparently they won't refund the money.

Must have for Amazon sellers I have been an Amazon seller for 4 years now and found Zonguru has changed with the industry to keep pace and exceed what others are doing.The dashboard is easy to navigate and I can do product research as well as monitor my KPIs and business value Outstanding service whenever I encounter an issue plus the ongoing trainings available .Its in my must have toolkit for Amazon.

Game changer The additional features that have been released in the past year really do separate ZonGuru from other software companies in this space. If it wasn’t for this software we really couldn’t make the decisions that we do ,with any comfort or speed that the market requires. I won’t be letting go of this!

Best software for an Amazon seller Best software for an Amazon seller. Easiest to use in my opinion (coming from 7 figure seller).

Great tool but Support team availability is not good enough Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.
