GBThis is the second time I’ve had items… This is the second time I’ve had items missing from my order. The first time ampules were missing and they just refunded me instead of sending the complete order. The actual product was open and missing items. This time they sent me two cheap bags as a gift instead of the bag and perfume set. Then when I contacted them they told me their investigation said both were shipped. They lie! I will never use these crooks again! Or Dermstore! Beware of ordering from them!

GBFirst Order Gone Awry With Pricing I just placed my first order which was about $1K in products. There was absolutely no place for me to put my discount code that was emailed to me from them on my order. And, since I placed this order on a Saturday night, they weren't available to call to try to correct. Just a bit frustrating . . . I have a friend who swears by this company so I thought I'd give them a try but my first experience hasn't been the best. :( Hopefully the product will be worth all of this.
