Quick and knowledgeable support! I purchased a VPS package and after the initial provisioning process I was having difficulty getting it to start/bootup. I would like a full refund I would like a full refund. I clicked purchase before making a account , thinking it would just let me add it onto a server once I’ve done, but did not receive it. I also contacted customer service and got no response. I attempted joining the discord server but the community support is read only.

No assistant I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services
