When the order was shipped through Amazon, Amazon put my shipping label on the wrong box and I received something that I didn’t order. great foot massager This is the 2nd product I have tried from Breo and both items are wonderful. The foot massager works great and isn't too vigorous for me. I have plantar fasciatis and also am developing a bunion on one foot. I really like the heat option and different amounts of pressure available. I also have the hand massager and it works great as well. I have not had any problems with it at all.

I did have an issue with my first… I did have an issue with my first delivery and appeared to be used. Like it was a returned product. I got a hold of customer service. They ended up having me new ones shipped within a couple days and they told me to keep the old one and donated or do what I want with it, customer service was amazing
