I had my product and was using it before most other companies even send out their tracking info. My massager is well made and good quality. I use it every night. GBThe idea of this product is good but in… The idea of this product is good but in reality the pressing/massaging hit my bones and not the eyes themselves. I had difficulties trying to return the product and the DONT supply a return address etc. This product did not work for me.
