GBI could pay my bill to the VA I could pay my bill to the VA without having to go through a big ordeal of verifying this, verifying that. I can go to one log-in and be right there. I like the way the options of which bills to pay are presented, and I like that I can print any screen for my records.

GBEmails about Bills NOT Due They send you emails that say at the top “ Reminder: Pay your upcoming Baystate Medical Center bill”. But there is no bill. Lower down it says “ You paid your Baystate Medical Center bill at this time in a previous month with doxo. doxo is a secure way to pay all your bills with a single account.” Why send a reminder that I PAID a bill? I am sure many folks don’t read that and think a bill is due. Ridiculous!
