Was sent expired products The products I received had been tampered with. The expiration dates were all scratched off the bottom of cut from the top of the tubes. I noticed because of my old products I was still using. And the bottoms that were scratched off, I could vaguely make out the date of expiration, which was a year ago in 2023. I don’t appreciate buying expensive products costing almost $300 and it’s being old and not good.

The products arrived quickly The products arrived quickly. Which I appreciated. They were, unfortunately, mailed to the billing address instead of the shipping address. A minor inconvenience. Customer service did respond quickly when I let them know my package was mislabeled.

Updated Review on ZO Order Update; item arrived 12/5/22. The company reached out, refunded my shipping and 50% of purchase price, and offered a discount on future purchases. After the initial lack of communication the company has been very responsive, taken responsibility, and offered an apology for the delay. I have amended my review to reflect their responsive and considerate actions. Ordered ZO.-11/15/22-A shipping label was created six days ago 12/17/22, but not shipped.
