I started with 1 capsule and after several months and no noticeable negative side effects added the second. I realized it was working when two events happened. Think before you buy! This isn’t a Deep Wrinkle Filler. Ordered Wrinkle Filler which on the very long commercial said it gave instant results in fact so quick you can go to a party and everyone will be amazed at how you look. Well no party involved and no compliments either just people saying you have some flakes on your face!!!! No improvement in me deep wrinkles not even the smallest ones! Yes I’m returning it at my expense! They offered to give me a 30% discount to keep them! That paying $60+ for something I can’t use. Please make it make sense! I’m sure the Customer Service agents are tired of these complaints but they aren’t very sympathetic to your problem either. Lesson learned MD’s lie too to get your money.

Daniels report give the skin a feel… The product does give the skin a feel of much better hydration than dry. My problems with the lines and crows feet look around the eyes are about the same. I do have sun damage and about 10 days ago sent an email with a picture of my eyes and description of life long activity. No response yet from support staff. I like it & will give it time because of my severity, I wonder if their is another product other than the 3 I m using that might benefit my eyes. All the products are very refreshing.
